যে অজৈব গুণগত বিশ্লেষণে পরীক্ষণীয় নমুনা পদার্থের 0.05 g থেকে 0.2 g ব্যবহার করা হয় এবং দ্রবণের পরিমাণ 2 – 4 ml হয়ে থাকে তাকে সেমি মাইক্রো বিশ্লেষণ বলে।
