শ্বসন কি?
শর্করা জাতীয় খাদ্য, স্টার্চ, চিনি, গ্লুকোজ ইত্যাদি বায়ু থেকে গৃহীত অক্সিজেনের সাথে বিক্রিয়া করে CO2, H2O ও শক্তি উৎপন্ন করে। মানবদেহে সংঘটিত এই প্রক্রিয়াকে শ্বসন বলে।
