অপবস্তু কি?
অর্ধপরিবাহীর পরিবাহকত্ব বৃদ্ধি করতে এর মধ্যে ত্রিযোজী বা পঞ্চযোজী মৌল যুক্ত করা হয়। এই ধরনের পদার্থকে অপবস্তু বলে।
