তাপমাত্রা বাড়ালে পরিবাহীর রোধ বৃদ্ধি পায় কিন্তু রোধ তাপমাত্রার সমানুপাতিক নয়। যেহেতু তাপমাত্রা বাড়ালে পদার্থের দৈর্ঘ্য, প্রস্থ ও ক্ষেত্রফলের পরিবর্তন হয় তাই রোধ বৃদ্ধি পায়।
